Company Founded
M/S Aircon Services Engineer & Contractors was established in Islamabad. The company secured its first commercial projects including Jaffer Brothers and TF Complex, laying the foundation for a strong project track record.
Early Landmark Projects
Delivered HVAC systems for Marriott Hotel Islamabad, IBM F-11 Markaz, and Ufone — establishing the company's reputation for quality in the hospitality and corporate sectors.
Government & Hospitality
Completed HVAC works at Serena Hotel Islamabad and Air Weapon Complex Hassan Abdal, demonstrating capability across high-security government and five-star hospitality environments.
Defence Sector Entry
Successfully delivered HVAC systems at PAF Base Mushaf, Sargodha — a significant milestone marking our entry into large-scale defence and government infrastructure projects.
Portfolio Expansion
